This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family residence has a T-shaped
plan with an open side entrance with a shed roof. The two-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of a side entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-
hung windows. The frame construction is finished in cut stone on a raised
concrete foundation. T� e roo is covered with grey asphalt shingles
and ,features a shed dormer o chimneys , one brick and one metal .
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. There is a newer metal
gable roof extending over the rear and a fire escape stairs added.
