This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with an open flat-roofed entry on metal supports. The one-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance flanked by 5/1 and
1/1 doubl-e-hung windows and a sliding sash window. The frame construction
isfin.is_ � in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The
ed•-rv8P features gable dormers and clipped ends. There is a side chimney.
