This detached one-story single-family residence has an ell -shaped plan with
a bracketed arched hood over the front stoop. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on
a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and features boxed eaves. Outbuildings include a garage.
