PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additlons,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a corner recessed porch which has enclosed solid railings and concrete steps
with wrought-iron handrail . The single-bay facade-As asymmetrical and
consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 3/1 and 5/1 double-hung
windows. There is also a bay window on the south side. The frame construction
is finished in beveled siding with cornerboards and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features over-
hanging eaves and exposed rafters. Theres is one central brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
