This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan in the colonial revival style. There is a pedimented entrance and a wing on. the .west side. The one.-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central "tramsorimed., glass-paned front entrance with 6/l' double-hung windows .with -shutters. The ;fraliie construction is finished in clapboard and rests" on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features gabled dormers and finial balls. There is a central brick chimney and the axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of metal . Matt Cohen 205 Cleveland Revision 1985 This Colonial Revival style Cape, typical of the 1920's in design, was built { around 1925 for Dr, John A. Cook, a dentist.
