This detached two-and-one-ha'lf story- single-family residence has a square
plan in the Tudor style. - The.three - bay facade is asymmetrical- and-consists.
of a central glass-paned front entrance- with 6/6 windows. The hour-e is -
finished in stone, board and batten, and weatherboard. The structure rests
on a rubble foundation and has an asphalt roof with gables, it also features
a shed-roofed gable to one side. The axis of the roof is parallel to the
street. There is an offset stone chimney and a wood garage unattached to the
main structure.
