PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached two-and-one-half story- single-family residence has asquare
- plan in the Tudor style. - The.three - bay facade is asymmetrical and _consists
of a- central glass-paned front entrance- with 6/6 windows. The hous-e is
finished in stone , board and batten , and weatherboard. The structure rests
on _a rubble foundation and has an asphalt roof with gables, it also features
a shed-roofed gable to one side. The axis of the roof is parallel to the
street. There is an offset stone chimney and a wood garage unattached to tht:
main structure.

This typical Tudor Revival style house was built for Merrill R. Good, a professor
at Montana State College, like many Cleveland Ave. residents. Good remained
here into the 1940's and possibly later.
