Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. Matt Cohen 208 Lindley Place Revision 1985 Though still a contributing structure in this historic district, the architectural value of this house has been substantially reduced by the removal in 1985 of the massive stuccoed piers that originally supported the porch roof, and the stuccoed porch rail. The house is one of four impressive Bungalows very likely built on Lindley Place by local carpenter J.H. Mimmack. Next door, at 212 Lindley Place, is a very similar house that retains it original porch, which is virtually identical to that removed from this house. In 1927, Laurence G. Kent, who was employed at the Bozeman Canning Company a short distance east of the district, was the resident here. Bibliography Application for Sewer Connection: Sept. 9, 1919, J.H. Mimmack. INTEGRITY: Assess the degree to which the structure/site,and surrounding area accurately convey the historical associations of the property.
