Revision 1985
This well preserved, simple Bungalow style house was probably built around 1919
by F.A. Anderson. From about 1927 through 1942, and probably longer, the house
was occupied by J. Lewis Graceyr listed as a "printer and public administrator".
l Despite its simplicity, the house displays several hallmarks of the Bungalow
style, such as a shingled gable separated from a clapboard low block by a fascia
board, exposed rafter tails, a shallow, rectangular oriel window, and a pedimented,
hip roofed porch with exposed rafter tails and a clapboard apron.
The house replaced an earlier house on this site.
