From about 1927 through 1942, and probably longer, the house was occupied by J. Lewis Graceyr listed as a "printer and public administrator". l Despite its simplicity, the house displays several hallmarks of the Bungalow style, such as a shingled gable separated from a clapboard low block by a fascia board, exposed rafter tails, a shallow, rectangular oriel window, and a pedimented, hip roofed porch with exposed rafter tails and a clapboard apron. The house replaced an earlier house on this site. Bibliography Application for Sewer Connection: Aug. 19, 1919, F.A. Anderson.
