This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an ell -
shaped plan with an open front porch to one side. The porch has a hipped
roof, wood posts and a solid railing. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by double-hung
2/2 windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with blue asphalt
shingles and features dormers. There is one central brick chimney. The
axis of the roof is perpendicular to the'.street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

One of the outstanding examples of 19th century architecture relative to this
district, this house displays slight elements of the Italianate style, such
as peaked lintel boards, and long, round-headed glazed panels in the door.
all other detailing appears to be original as well, and supports a construction
date estimate of about 1886.
From about 1900 and into the 191teens, the house was occupied by George D. Pease,
a lawyer with an office on S. Willson (then S. Central) Avenue.

This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential nISToric
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic

This detached, one and one-half story, two-family residence has an L-shaped plan.
There is an open porch to the northeast side. The porch has a hipped roof with
overhanging eaves and exposed rafters that is supported by square,wood posts and a
solid railing.
The three-bay fagade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass paned front entrance
flanked by 2/2 double-hung windows. On the East Side there is a bay window with a flat
roof. On the south side another bay window but with a hipped roof. The bay windows
feature 2/2 double-hung windows.
The frame construction is finished in novelty siding and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with gray asphalt shingles. One central brick chimney is
located on the north side and a metal stovepipe on the top of the roof.
