Revision 1985
One of the outstanding examples of 19th century architecture relative to this
district, this house displays slight elements of the Italianate style, such
as peaked lintel boards, . and long, round-headed glazed panels in the door.
all other detailing appears to be original as well, and supports a construction
date estimate of about 1886.
From about 1900 and into the 191teens, the house was occupied by George D. Pease,
a lawyer with an office on S. Willson (then S. Central) Avenue.
