This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a
rectangular plan with an enclosed hipped roof front porch. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center paneled front entrance
with 8-paned fixed windows and 1/1 double-hung windows. There is a
stained glass window inside the porch. The frame construction is finished
in asbestos siding and rests on a cut stone foundation. The gable roof
is finished in green asphalt shingles and features dormers. There is a central
brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a shed.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

Though of only marginal significance due to the asbestos shingle sheathing and
enclosed porch, this house nevertheless maintains the historical cohesiveness
of the streetscape due to retention of original massing and fenestration. From
some time between 1892 and 1900, and into the 1940's the house was occupied
by Mary E. Bobier, widow of Dockrill Bobier, and at various times her two daughters,
and boarders.

This is a cottage style home. It has a rectangular plan with an enclosed hipped
roof front porch. The two-bay fagade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center four
paneled front entrance flanked by eight-paned fixed windows. Above the porch,there are
1/1 double-hung windows. Inside the porch there is a stained glass window.
The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a cut stone foundation.
The gable roof is finished in green asphalt shingles, has overhanging eaves and features a
gable dormer on the north side.
There is a central brick chimney. A detached shed is located at the East Side of the
house.
