This detached one-and-one-half- story multi-family residence has a rec- tangular plan with an enclosed flat-roofed front entry. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with fixed, casement and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a cinderblock foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features dormers. There is a brick chimney and a metal stovepipe. A large room is built on to the rear of the structure. This home was converted to a six-apartment dwelling in 1980. Box 521 Bozeman, MT 59715 This detached, one and one-half story,multi-family residence has a rectangular plan. The two-bay fagade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance, found inside the enclosed front porch, a large fixed glass paned window to the left and 1/1 double-hung windows in the gable. The concrete block porch is not fully enclosed since there is not a door. It has a flat roof covered by asphalt shingles and concrete front steps. The entry is flanked by 1/1 double- hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a cinderblock foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and it features dormers. A rough stone chimney is located in the south east corner of the house, out of which come two metal pipes. This home has been converted into six apartments in 1980. i r �n
