This detached one-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a split-level raised entry on an open deck. The one-bay facade
is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with sliding
sash windows. The frame construction is finished in board-and-batten
and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
brown asphalt shingles and is perpendicular to the street.
