An outstanding, well preserved example of the Bungalow style in Bozeman, this
house is one of the several in the district attributed to local carpenter J.H.
Mimmack. Early occupants of it have not been identified. From around 1927
and into the 1940's, Matthew W. White, a rancher, was living here.
Mimmack built this house, and 330 Lindley next door, another impressive Bungalow,
on what was originally one lot, probably in 19,13.
