This detached two-story single family residence has an ell-shaped plan
with a hipped roof open front porch on two supports. The two-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance
with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is
finished in new siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with red asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any

Of marginal significance due to sheathing with aluminum siding and associated
simplification of design, as well as the replacement of the original porch floor
and rail with concrete, this prominently located house nevertheless conveys
its original form and fenestration. The house is an important element in a
very cohesive historic streetscape.

This is a detached,two-story, single-family residence. It has an L-shaped plan
with a hipped-shed roof open front porch that is supported by two round wooden posts.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consist of an offset glass-panned door
front entrance with a large fixed glass-paned window on the left,two 1/1 double hung
windows above it and a 1/1 double hung window above the porch roof. The large glass-
paned window has stained glass and an elaborate pattern located on the top section.
The frame construction is finished in clapboard siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gabled roof is covered with gray asphalt shingles and features over
hanging eves.
There is a small addition on the West Side, a mudroom,with concrete front steps
and a shed roof.
A small garage is located on the West Side. It has a gabled roof with over
hanging eves covered with gray asphalt shingles, beveled siding, and rests on a concrete
foundation.
