This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a glass-enclosed front porch on a recessed corner. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-set front entrance with fixed,
1/1 double-hung. and a hexagonal window. The frame const ion is finished
in masonite and rests on a concrete foundation. . able ro f is covered
with brown asphalt shingles and features gabled dormers an overhanging eaves
with exposed rafters. There is a. central brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
