Revision 1985
A fine example of a very common Bungalow style house type, this house makes
a strong termination for the northern end of the district, being located where
Lindley meets E. Olive. The house is well preserved, with the exception of
the aluminum siding. "Bungalow Design No. 2012" in Hodgson's house pattern
catalog show another variation on this house type.
The casement sash dormer windows, a Colonial Revival style detail, is a significant
feature of this simple house.
Henry J. Voyer, an electrician employed by the Gallatin Valley Electric Railway
Co. , which commenced operation in 1909, was probably the original owner. By
1927, the house was listed as "vacant. "
