This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed front porch under the main roof. The: one-bay facade i s- asymmetri cal and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with double-hung 1/1 and fixed windows. The frame construction is fin ished-7r--aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The -hipped rool' is covered with blue, green and purple shingles and features a hipped dormer above the porch and overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a garage. The axis of the roof lies perpendicular to the street.
