This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with an enclosed front porch under the main gable roof.
The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-
paned front entrance flanked by fixed windows. The door sidelights
have been replaced with plywood panels. The frame construction is
finish stucco and bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation.
T ble ro is covered with green asphalt shingles and features over-
hanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is one rear exterior brick
chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.'
Outbuildings include a shed for a car. /
