This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with recessed front entry and an enclosed side/rear entry. .'; The one-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance flanked by
one fixed window and one sliding sash. - The frame construction is finished
in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. ;; The gable roof
is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. There
is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to

This detached one story single family residence has a rectangular plan. A
one storey entry addition is to the south with a side entrance deck.
The one bay facade is asymmetric and has an off-center south facing entry
flanked by a (1) window, with first floor: (1-1)(1) windows.
The wood frame construction is clad in asbestos shingles and rests on a
concrete foundation. The addition is clad in same.
The gable roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has a shed roof over the
entry addition, boxed eaves, features globe finials at its apices, triangular
knee braces, and has a central brick chimney. The main axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage to the east, with a gable roof, frame
construction, clad in asbestos shingles, and featuring globe finials at its
apices.
