This detached two-story double- am residence has an enclosed corner
porch in front, a side enTranZr--for the upstairs apartment , and a flat-
roofed enclosed rear porch. (The frame construction has been resided
with wide siding with wood trim and wood shakes .on the gable ends. ' The
foundation is of cud-.: and has no basementA The gable roof is covered
with . aspha es and features wo central brick chimneys.
Windows are 1/1 double-hung and fixed. a

Revision 1985
Originally identical to 423 N. Tracy standing next to it, this house has had its recessed
porch enclosed, and siding replaced. Both houses have unusual ashlar foundations, and
are very significant elements in the historic district.
Andrew L. Corbly, president of the Gallatin County Farmer' s Alliance and a resident of
I Belgrade, may have been the original owner of this building, and George W. Roby, a Post
i Office clerk, his earliest tenant.

Originally identical to 423 N. Tracy standing next to it, this house has had

415 North Tracy Avenue
This detached one and a half story double family residence has a
rectangular plan, an enclosed corner porch, and features a bay window
facing east. A one story addition is to the west.
The one bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front
wood and glass entry with entry: (1/1,1/1)(1/1,1/1,)(1/1 ,1/1 ,1/1); first floor:
windows; second floor: (1/1 ,1/1) windows.
The frame construction is clad in clapboard siding with wood shingles in the
gables and rests on a cut stone foundation without a basement. The
addition is clad in same.
The gable roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has a shed roof over the
addition, boxed eaves, and a central brick chimney topped with a metal
pipe. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular with the street.
Outbuildings include a shed to the west, with a gable roof, frame
construction, and clad in drop siding with corner boards.
