PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence with elements of the
bungalow style has a rectangular plan with a slight lower gabled-roof
front porch. This is supported by two posts with a siding-covered solid
rail . ' The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central gla s-
paned 'front entrance with two fixed windows of a 8/1 a�h�arrangement.
The frame construction is finished in white asbestos�shakes__,And rests on
a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with—gr6en asphalt
shingles and features exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. There is also an
attached garage.

An important element in the streetscape, this house is one of the several well
preserved examples of the Bungalow style in the district. The only significant
alteration is the present asbestos shingle sheathing. The early history of
the house remains obscure. Lyman B. and Fannie Walton were the residents here
in 1927 .

This detached one story single family residence has a rectangular plan and
a gable roofed front porch with a solid asbestos shingle rail and two square
posts. An attached garage is to the north.
The one bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front wood and
glass entry, with first floor: (8/1,8/1) windows.
The frame construction is clad in asbestos shingles, and rests on a
concrete block foundation.
The gable roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has exposed eaves, features
globe finials at the apices, and a central brick chimney. The main axis of
the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include an attached garage to the north, with a shed roof,
frame construction, and clad in asbestos shingles; a garage to the east,
with a gable roof, frame construction, and clad in clapboard siding.
