PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alteratlons,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
an open front porch supported by metal posts and trellises. There is
no railing. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central
glass-paned front entrance flanked by two windows , one with a beveled
transom. The frame construction if finished in weather board siding
and rests on a cut stone foundation. The hipped roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves . There is one central
brick chimney. Outbuildings include a barn.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
