This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
an open fron porch supported by metal posts and trellises . There is
no railing. The one-bay facade isAsymmetrical and consists of a central

Although non-contributing due to alteration, this typical turn of the century
house retains its original hip roofed main block form and a large window. The
design was probably derived from a pattern book.

This detached one story single family residence has a square plan and a
flat roofed front porch with four decorative metal posts. A one story addition
is to the west.
The one bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front wood
and glass entry with first floor: (1)(1) windows.
The frame construction is clad in vinyl siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The addition is clad in same.
The hipped roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has a flat roof over the
addition to the west, boxed eaves, and features a flattened ridge. The main
axis is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage to the east, with a gable roof, frame
construction, and is clad in drop siding.
