There is also a large fixed window on the bottom of the facade and a double-hung 1/1 8ripgw nQp second level . The frame construction is finished in `dge°an as and the foundation is not visible. The gable compound roof is covered with - -asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. Tracy Ave. 1985 Revision Matt Cohen Although substantially altered, this house retains enough of its original 19th Century form to maintain the historical continuity of the streetscape. The name Charles E. Hoy, a farmer living on S. Grand Ave. , appears on the 1915 i sewer permit for this site, though no other information on this house is readily available. A one story addition is to the east and a second one story addition is to the north of the first addition. The one bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front wood and glass entry, with first floor: (1/1,1/1)(1/1)(1) windows; second floor: (1/1) windows. The frame construction is clad in clapboard siding with corner boards and rests on a concrete foundation. The additions are clad in same. The gable roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has a gable roof over the addition to the east, a shed roof over the addition to the north, and boxed eaves. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed to the east, with a gable roof, frame construction, and clad in vertical wood siding, and a shed to the east, with a gable roof, frame construction, and clad in vertical wood siding.
