This detached one-story single-family bungalow residence has a square plan with an open front porch. The porch has concrete posts and a roof over the entrance on the side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two double-hung windows of a 1/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in cedar shakes of a rose beige color and white trim. The house rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and has exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
