This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rec- tangular plan with gable roof over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is symmentrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two fixed windows, one with a 1/1 sash arrangement. Both windows have awnings and there is one 1/1 window in the center of the second level . The frame construction is finished in siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is finished with asphalt shingles and features exposed rafters. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
