This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square
plan with front porch. The porch has four square wood posts and a solid
railing. ;The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central
front entrance flanked by three double-hung windows with a 1/1 sash
arrangement. The frame copstruction is finished in wood shingles and rests
on a concret foundation. ,€ The gabl ,,p�p is covered with dull red-brown

A very fine example of the Bungalow style, this modest house was probably built
in 1916 by John C. Robertson, a carpenter. Robertson himself lived at 217 S. Tracy.

This detached one and a half story single family residence has a square
plan and a hipped roofed front porch with a solid raised wood shingle rail
and four square wood posts.
The one bay facade is asymmetrical with an off-center front wood and glass
entry, with first floor: (1/1 ,1/1 ,1/1)(1/1,1/1,1/1) windows; second floor: (5/5)
window.
The frame construction is clad in wood shingles and rests on a concrete
foundation.
The gable roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has open eaves, features
triangular knee braces, and has a central brick chimney capped with metal.
The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage to the west, with a gable roof, frame
construction, clad in wood shingles, and features triangular knee braces.
