This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with an open front porch with four square posts and a solid railing. There is also a bay window on the side and an enclosed back porch. The one- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance and four double-hung windows of either a 3/1 or 2/1 arrangement. The frame construction is finished in white beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features exposed rafters. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. There is one rear interior brick chimney. Outbuildings include a garage.
