This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front porch with solid railing. The frame construction is finished in 3" beveled siding with wood trim. The concrete foundation houses a basement. The gable roof is covered with green asp"alt shingles and has a clipped front corner, and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
