This detached one-story single-family bungalow residence has a square plan with a glassed-in rear porch and open front porch with solid railing. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two fixed windows. The other windows are dobule-hung with a 3/1 or 4/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in 3" beveled siding, yellow with white trim, and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features separate lower roof on the porch and exposed rafters. There is one brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
