This detached one-story single-family bungalow residence has a s uare lan I Y 9 y 9 9 oP with a glassed-in rear porch and open front porch with solid railing. The one-bay facade is symmetri nd consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by t�,6 fixe indows. The other windows are I dobule-hung with a 3/1 or 4/1 as`sh—arrangement. The frame construction is finished in 3" beveled siding, yellow with white trim an�rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with ' i� shingles and feat�l,�rs separate lower roof on the porch and exposed rafters . There i s one tri ck 'chimney. The axis o-f=- roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include garage. Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Progressive Phase of Bozeman ' s historic/architectural development. 519 N. Tracy 1985 Revision Matt Cohen An excellent example of the Bungalow Style, this house occupies a prominent corner lot, and displays all original detailing, sheathing, and probably even the original color scheme. The one bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a front wood and glass entry with first floor: (1/1)(1/1) windows; second floor: (3/3/3) window. The frame construction is clad in beveled siding and rests on a concrete block foundation. The gable roof is covered by asphalt shingles, has open eaves, and a central brick chimney. The main axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
