This detached one-story single-family residence has a basically rectangular
plan with two gabled extensions toward the front, one enclosed with double
multi-paned fixed windows and the other partially enclosed and providing
entry to the main floor as well as to the basement. The brick construction
has a corbeled brick belly band above the foundation level and has wood
. siding in the gable ends. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles
and features knee braces. It lies perpendicular to the street.
