A fine example of the Bungalow style, despite the asbestos shingle sheathing,
this house is one of the several examples of the work of Lou F. Sievert -
a prominent local builder during the 1930's who built several houses located
in Bozeman' s historic districts.
jSievert himself occupied this house, along with a boarder, Reuben L.
Batchelder - a packer at the Montana Flour Mills on N. Wallace Ave.
i By 1942, Sievert was living here with no boarders.
