This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan in the Bungalow Style, with a front-facing projecting bay and open shed-roofed entrance porch with parapet. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in masonite and the gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles. There is a central brick chimney and one metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
