PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-and-one-half story multi-family residence has an ell-shaped plan with a facade-width enclosed front entrance porch and an awning over a second entrance. to one side of the front facade. The two-bay facade is asymmetricjl and consists of fixed windows on the main floor and 1/1 double-hung windows on the second floor. A similar, smaller double-hung windows is located centrally in the gable end of the upper half-story. The frame construction is finished in wood siding and rests on a foundation that is not visible. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features returning boxed eaves that flare out into overhanging eaves on the sides. There is an offset brick chimney. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
