This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence was erected toward the
rear of the lot :and features- a gable-fronted porch--and an irregular plan as a -result
of enlargements, incl-uding--the addition -of the north wing between 1904-1912.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central paneled front entrance
flanked by two 1/1 double=hung windows. The upper half story of the front-facing
bay features a pair of double-hung windows 1/1 . The frame construction is finished
in stucco and sits on a siding-covered concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with asphalt shingles and features a shed-roofed dormer and two brick chimneys. The
axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
