This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan built in the four-square workingman's cottage style, with a projecting front gab led bay and open gabled .entrance porch with wooden balustrade. The two-bay facade is -asym- metri cal •ap.d cons.i$ts ,of an offset .front entrance wi th a fixed windows. with.- leaded glass transom and shutters. The frame construction' is finished in masonite and rests on a rubble foundation. The hipped (pyramidal) roof is covered with aphalt shingles an.d features a gabled dormer and boxed, overhanging eaves. There are bands of contrasting wooden moulding below the eaves and a central brick chimney..
