This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan in the _
Bungaldw .style. -There is an inset open front gabled entrance porch-w-ith parapet
and- squared wooden -pests:--• The.tvo=bay--facade is 'asymmetrical -.and consists of a `
side-facing entrance flanked by three windows, one fixed and two 1/1 double-hung.
The frame construction is finished in horizontal wood siding and shingles in the
gable ends. The house rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There
is a central brick chimney and the axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
