This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a recessed open. entrance porch with gablet, balustrade and wooden posts. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and- consists of an offset front entrance with a large fixed .
Windows.—The -upper story has a double-hung 1/1 windows and returning- eaves.. --The'.--
frame constrOcti-on is �fini-shed in clapboard and rests. on a •concrete fodndation. .
The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features boxed, returning eaves
and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
