423 S. Tracy
This typical "Tri-gabled Homestead" or "Upright and Wing" vernacular
house is well-preserved, with the exception of the siding. It was
1 probably built by Fred C. Jacobs, variously listed as a lather and
j contractor. Jacobs previously lived in, and perhaps built, 415 S.
Tracy, a similar vernacular house. He is listed at this address from
1910 (and perhaps a few years earlier as well ) and into the 1940's,
and possibly later.
