This detached two-story single-family residence in the upright and wing style , has an ell-shaped plan with a hip-roofed front porch wrapping around the front i and side of the projecting bay. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows and a pair of 1/1 double-hung windows centrally placed in the center of the upper story. The -frame construction is finished in brick veneer and wood shingles cover the gable roof. The roof features returning, overhanging eaves and lies perpendicular to the street. Tracy This well-preserved, vernacular house, which was probably derived from a pattern book design, displays a variety of textures, what appears to be an original wrap-around porch, and is a very important element in the historic district overall . The original occupant may have been Benjamin F. Maiden, a lawyer with the law firm, Hartman & Hartman. By 1910 however, he had moved.
