PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story single-family residence in the upright and wing style, has an ell-shaped plan with a hip-roofed front porch wrapping around the front and side of the projecting bay. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows and a pair of 1/1 double-hung windows centrally placed in the center of the upper story. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer and wood shingles cover the gable roof. The roof features returning, overhanging eaves and lies perpendicular to the street. There is a central metal stovepipe. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
