PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. This detached two-and-one-half story single-family foursquare residence in the Classic Box style has a square plan with projecting front open porch with turned wooden columns , hipped roof and gablet. A polygonal bay projects from the south side and is topped by a hooded, balustraded balcony. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance flanked by fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The pyramidal hipped roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features hipped dormers and a center brick chimney. A shed-roofed garage is attached at the rear. .
