The gable roof is- covered with asphalt shinbles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. This house was probably first occupied by Jarvis M. Flint, president and manager of the Flint-Lynn Lumber Co. The house was built in about 1911. ; By 1927, Flint had moved, and Arthur H.
