This detached two-story single-family residence has a squre plan with three fluted
porch columns and a pediment on the porch. The one-bay facade is. asymmetrical and
consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows.
The 'frame construction is finished -in weatherboard with shingles- in the gable ends- -
and rests- on.--.concreta- foundatton:- . The hipped• roof is •covered with asplTalt
shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of
the roof is parallel to the street.
