This detached one- story single-family residence has a square plan with a vestibule
enclosed under a separate front-facing gable .roof. The one-bay facade is_ _. .
asymmetri•cal._and consists of a .central front- entrance with fixed an.d .1/l--double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard and rests on a
concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features
a central brick- chimney. The axis of the front gable is perpendicular to the
street. Outbuildings include a garage of weatherboard.
