This detached two-and-one=half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed partially enclosed (sun-room) front porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with sidelights, and fixed and 2/2 and 6/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco on the first floor and shingles on. the upper floors. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with blue asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a one-bay garage with a flat roof. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
