214 S. Black
An excellent example of the Bungalow style, this large; stuccoed
house was probably built around 1921 'by William Cain, Jr. , a mail-
man. Cain remained into the 1940's, and possibly longer. The house
is one of four adjacent houses of high architectural significance.
